Every Still Point session is written and facilitated by Lori — not a generic voice, not a contracted narrator. Each session is built from clinical expertise and a deep understanding of what the athlete experience actually feels like from the inside. No experience with meditation is required. Every session is fully guided, audio-first, and designed to be done before practice, school, or work.
New session drops every morning at 7 AM ET — released daily from your membership start date, one at a time. All past sessions are permanently accessible in the library. You can replay any session at any time, or jump directly to any series that matches where you are right now. Sessions run 6 to 12 minutes — long enough to matter, short enough for any morning.
