Every athlete faces internal battles with pressure, identity, expectations, and the weight of what comes next. This is what we call The Invisible Game.

The Assessment below helps you recognize what’s working, where you’re carrying stress, and what kind of support or structure could help you grow stronger mentally and emotionally. This is your starting point for:

- Reclaiming focus and motivation on and off the field

- Understanding your stress patterns and mental load

- Building awareness before burnout or anxiety take hold

- Connecting with real tools and real people who get it

No matter what your results reveal, After We Play and The Invisible Game are designed to meet you where you are — helping you turn awareness into growth, and pressure into purpose.

For each statement, rate how often you have experienced it over the past 2 weeks using the following scale:

  • 0 = Never

  • 1 = Several Days

  • 2 = More Than Half the Days

  • 3 = Nearly Every Day
