Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 13 September 2026 · Last updated: 13 September 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) applies to everyone who accesses or uses the After We Play platform, community, and related services (the “Services”). This Policy is part of the Terms of Use. By using the Services, you agree to follow this Policy.

1.Prohibited Content

You must not post, upload, or share content that:

  1. (a)is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
  2. (b)sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a person under 18, or depicts a person under 18 in a harmful or degrading way;
  3. (c)promotes or encourages self-harm, suicide, disordered eating, or substance abuse;
  4. (d)infringes another person’s intellectual property rights or violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights;
  5. (e)is false or deceptive, or impersonates another person or organization;
  6. (f)is unlawful or promotes an illegal activity; or
  7. (g)discloses another person’s personal, health, or contact information without that person’s consent.

2.Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  1. (a)harass, bully, threaten, or target another user;
  2. (b)if you are an adult, send unsolicited private messages to a user under 18;
  3. (c)attempt to contact a user under 18 off the platform without authorization from that user’s parent, legal guardian, or enrolling organization;
  4. (d)use the Services for commercial solicitation, advertising, or sales;
  5. (e)circumvent or attempt to circumvent any safety, privacy, age, or security control;
  6. (f)access or use another user’s account; or
  7. (g)interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Services.

3.Youth Safety

We design the community for athletes 13 and older. Where a group includes both adults and users under 18, the enrolling organization must configure profile visibility and messaging limits appropriate to that group. Coaches and organization administrators are responsible for supervising the participation of the users they enroll.

4.Mental-Health Content

Community content is peer support and general wellness information only, not clinical advice. Do not rely on the Services for diagnosis or treatment. If you believe a person may be in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away, and report the concern to us.

5.Reporting Violations

You may report a violation of this Policy at [email protected] or through the in-platform reporting tools. We review reports and take the action we determine is appropriate.

6.Enforcement

We may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify the enrolling organization or the appropriate authorities when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect a user or to comply with the law.
