You are the athlete. Register with your own email and date of birth and your account opens straight away.
You give consent first. We then email you a link to register your athlete with their own login, which stays private to them.
Both forms ask for it. Enter the code exactly as your club, coach or athletic department wrote it. That code is what opens your organization's locker room, so it is worth checking before you submit.
